Tim Dahle Nissan is now hiring a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Build strong rapport with customers and co-workers
- Listen to our customers to determine their needs
- Learn to overcome objectives, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products.
- Punctuality
- Basic computer skills
- Answer sales calls
- Set appointments with customers to show vehicles
- Answer email leads
- Intercept customers that come to the dealership to see vehicles
- Take online training courses
Job Qualifications:
- Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Management skills:
- Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
