- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Position: General Laborer – Warehouse Safety & Housekeeping
We are seeking dependable, safety-focused General Laborers to support warehouse operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment. This role is essential to ensuring the facility remains safe, efficient, and inspection-ready through proactive housekeeping, hazard identification, and adherence to company safety standards.
The General Laborer will be responsible for cleaning warehouse and production areas, removing debris and waste, organizing workspaces, keeping aisles and emergency exits clear, and supporting facility-wide safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout warehouse, production, and common areas.
- Keep aisles, walkways, emergency exits, and workstations clear of hazards.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of trash, recycling, pallets, and other materials.
- Perform routine housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and equipment cleaning.
- Identify and report workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, and safety concerns.
- Assist with spill response and facility cleanup as needed.
- Organize storage areas and maintain workplace organization standards.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Support warehouse and production teams with general labor tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, janitorial, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate and understand English for safety purposes.
