Position: Forklift Operator
Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Pay rate: $18.00/hr
Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dress Code: T-shirt and jeans are allowed, jeans cannot be ripped. Steel-toed boots required. Safety goggles and ear protection are provided.
Job Description:
Covering battery recovery and installations, inventory, and shipping and receiving, with forklift, pallet jack, and material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Execute battery recovery, assist with customer installations, and maintain precise inventory control.
- Logistics: Manage shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading vehicles and shipment preparation.
- Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
- Service: Support client relationships through organized warehouse maintenance and occasional delivery assistance.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred.
- One year of verifiable forklift experience
- Proficiency in inventory systems and ERP software, NetSuite preferred.
