Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant based in Birmingham, MI. The Accountant will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month/end closing. The Accountant will collaborate closely with the finance team and provide support for audits and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting principles, GAAP
- Strong skills in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- Experience in Sage Intaact accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proven success with organizational and time management
- Accounting experience in the agency/professional services industry
