Description:Network Support TechnicianTillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to support the next generation of broadband services. We have an incredible opportunity for a Network Support Technician .Requirements and ResponsibilitiesMonitor, alert, and report on system and infrastructure healthOpen, review, resolve, manage, close support tickets.Perform troubleshooting steps to triage, investigate and mitigate system issues.Handle phone calls from customers while on shift.Work within ticket system to track issues to resolution.Respond to Network Maintenance notifications by creating Maintenance TicketsEscalate events based on established operational policies.Provide customer support and appropriately respond to customer needs.Act as a liaison between Vendors for open vendor support requestsExecute complex support tickets/tasks with the supervision/help of a Systems Engineer and/or Support Engineer.Other Duties as defined my Management.As a growing company, we are committed to attracting and developing the absolute best talent by offering a workplace where results are recognized and rewarded.
