Team Overview
TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze FC storage capacity, SKU profile, and operational capabilities to develop capacity planning and SKU allocation strategies across the network.
2. Work with algorithm-based systems (e.g., IPE, SRE) to optimize SKU placement and inbound allocation, improving regional fulfillment ratio and 3BD performance.
3. Classify and segment FCs based on performance and cost structure, and propose network optimization and consolidation strategies to reduce operational costs.
4. Collaborate with the S&OP team to conduct simulation and scenario analysis for order allocation, improving fulfillment efficiency and reducing costs.
5. Drive continuous supply chain optimization initiatives, including:
- Inventory health and turnover optimization
- FC-to-FC transfer strategy improvement
- Inbound and outbound balancing
- Transportation and fulfillment path optimization
6. Support strategic decision-making (e.g., network expansion, new FC planning, capacity investment) with data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Strong analytical skills (SQL, Python), with modeling capabilities
4. Familiar with order allocation systems, simulation tools, and A/B testing
5. Experience with WMS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of supply chain optimization or algorithms
2. Master’s degree
