Team Overview
TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and optimize an hourly-level monitoring system for 3PL production performance, enabling real-time visibility of operational progress and rapid identification of risks and bottlenecks across FCs.
2. Develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks (e.g., Missing, Damage, Wrong orders), perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
3. Leverage historical data to identify network-level risks and develop readiness plans for peak seasons (e.g., BFCM), ensuring SLA achievement.
4. Participate in SOP design for new processes and system launches, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities across FCs.
5. Support the development of the Control Tower system by designing proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, and SLA dimensions.
6. Provide daily/weekly reporting and data insights for regional operations, including daily standups and exception reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment (3PL preferred)
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python), with experience in BI tools
4. Familiar with WMS systems and warehouse workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse management
2. Master’s degree
