We are looking for reliable and motivated Dishwashers to join our team of hospitality professionals!
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Help with bussing tables during service hours to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations during busy periods and ensure smooth service flow
Skills
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus, especially in catering or banquet settings
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas
