Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams during the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and demonstrate solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and workflows
- Support onboarding and implementation efforts for strategic customers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements
- Develop technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation guides
- Assist with integrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations
- Help shape solution architecture standards and customer implementation best practices
- 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in technical sales environments
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud systems, and AI/ML workflows
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Startup experience preferred
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data operations, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred
- Successful customer implementations and technical engagements
- Strong partnership between sales, engineering, and customer teams
- Clear articulation of technical value to customers and partners
- Efficient and scalable customer solution architectures
- High customer confidence and satisfaction during technical evaluations
