About The Role

We are hiring a Founding Field and Events Marketing Manager to build meaningful in-person and virtual experiences that drive awareness, relationships, and pipeline. This individual will own the strategy and execution for events ranging from executive dinners and trade shows to community gatherings, webinars, and industry activations.

The ideal candidate is equal parts operator, marketer, and relationship builder — someone who can create polished experiences while managing logistics, partnerships, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s events and field marketing strategy
  • Plan and manage conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and community events
  • Own end-to-end event execution including vendors, logistics, budgets, timelines, and onsite management
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to maximize pipeline generation and customer engagement opportunities
  • Build strategic relationships with event organizers, ecosystem partners, and industry communities
  • Create event promotion and follow-up campaigns in partnership with growth and product marketing
  • Track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
  • Develop scalable event processes, templates, and operational playbooks

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing
  • Proven ability to manage events independently from concept through execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with AI, enterprise technology, or developer ecosystems preferred

About The Role

We are hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer outcomes. This person will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer conversations, technical discovery, implementations, and solution design.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments where flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams during the pre-sales process to understand customer requirements and demonstrate solutions
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and workflows
  • Support onboarding and implementation efforts for strategic customers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements
  • Develop technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation guides
  • Assist with integrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations
  • Help shape solution architecture standards and customer implementation best practices

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in technical sales environments
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud systems, and AI/ML workflows
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data operations, or enterprise software ecosystems preferred
