- Develop and execute the company’s events and field marketing strategy
- Plan and manage conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and community events
- Own end-to-end event execution including vendors, logistics, budgets, timelines, and onsite management
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to maximize pipeline generation and customer engagement opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with event organizers, ecosystem partners, and industry communities
- Create event promotion and follow-up campaigns in partnership with growth and product marketing
- Track and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, and engagement metrics
- Develop scalable event processes, templates, and operational playbooks
- 4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing
- Proven ability to manage events independently from concept through execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to travel as needed
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations preferred
- Familiarity with AI, enterprise technology, or developer ecosystems preferred

- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and workflows
- Support onboarding and implementation efforts for strategic customers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements
- Develop technical documentation, demo environments, and implementation guides
- Assist with integrations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations
- Help shape solution architecture standards and customer implementation best practices
- 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
