Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role requires excellent computer skills.
Shift: Monday-Friday 6pm-930pm
Pay rate: $21.00/hour
Duties
- Process customer orders and run stock reports in our in-house warehousing system.
- Prepare all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work-orders, post inventory records, check all orders for special request.
- Coordinate special, last-minute shipping requests.
- Oversee and file paperwork both physical and electronic.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively; solid written and verbal skillset
- Strong computer skills a MUST
- Knowledge of client services practices, comfortable working on their own
Pay: $21.00 per hour
