Founded in 1887, Tigerton Lumber Company is a premium northern hardwoods lumber producer located in Tigerton, WI. With over a century of experience and company history, our organization is committed to sustainable and renewable forest management.
Our organization is seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in a fast-pace office environment. Flexible work hours. Approx 16-20 hours per week. Monday-Thursday preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a courteous professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including PO creation, vendor setup, and invoice coding.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, correspondence, filing, project support, employee communications and maintain accurate electronic and manual records.
- Enter and verify daily checks and credit card receipts for internal audits.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
