We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Daily accounting duties involving service repair orders and parts tickets
- Organize paperwork for new and used vehicle sales after delivery, make copies, send information to correct financial institutions
- Accounts Receivables/Payables
- Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and direct multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent customer support and support to internal staff
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Cashiering
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Delivery Reporting to General Motors of new vehicle sales
- Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Provide general administrative support including filing, faxing, data entry, and word processing
- Support office management activities to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements
- Distinguished multi-line phone skills showcasing customer service best practices
- Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role; clerical or medical receptionist experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently
