Job Overview
Tiger Window Cleaning is an Auburn-based exterior cleaning company, and we're hiring one or two full-time technicians to grow with us long term.

What the Job Looks Like
You'll go through hands-on training, then operate independently: Your own schedule, our trucks, and the trust to get it done right. No micromanaging. We hire people we believe in and get out of their way.
What You'll Earn
Pay is performance-based with a strong guaranteed floor. Top performers consistently earn $40/hour. You keep 100% of your tips, every time. This is one of the highest-paying opportunities for young people in Auburn, and we back that up.
