Your primary focus will be to maintain organized inventory systems that support production schedules and customer delivery commitments. You will collaborate closely with production teams, logistics, and quality control to facilitate smooth operations and minimize downtime. This role demands attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the overall productivity and success of the manufacturing process by ensuring materials flow seamlessly through the warehouse.About the Warehouse Operator Role: Work Practices Ship and receive product in a timely efficient mannerPrepare re-pack request orders and weigh productsReceive incoming transfers and process outgoing transfersStock inventory and process incoming paperwork Organize necessary paperwork for freight carriers to pick up outgoing shipmentsPull daily orders from Customer Service Department and organize and prepare for shippingPrint shipping labels for customer service orders, UPS and individual outgoing boxesPull inventory, shrink wrap product and prepare pallet orders for shipping Operate warehouse forklift and shrink wrap machine.Use internal software programs to update incoming and outgoing productsClean warehouse and affiliated areas Performs other related duties as assignedQuality PracticesReport discrepancies, abnormalities and problems to the Warehouse Supervisor Other / additional responsibilitiesInteract with co-workers, peers and supervisor in a constructive, productive and cooperative manner Consider the safety and well-being of yourself and othersDrive Full Responsibility and Advice Process throughout the OrganizationRegular, predictable, on-site attendance is an essential function of the jobFollow and Live Liberating Organism (LO) strategies and principles. Follow the requirements for ISO 14001 and 9001 systemsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred).Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving materials.Preferred Qualifications:Forklift operator certification.Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory control systems.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic understanding of health and safety standards in industrial settings.Skills:The required skills enable the Warehouse Operator to efficiently manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of materials, which is essential for supporting manufacturing workflows. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment ensures safe and timely movement of goods within the facility. Communication and coordination skills are used daily to work effectively with production and logistics teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and schedules.
