Join to our TIGER Family!! #joinTIGERAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you will responsible for the regulatory compliance and overall maintenance at our prestigious facility and state of the art equipment at our St. Charles, IL location!Main Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance ServicesEquipment Maintenance ServicesFacility Management and Security SystemsCoordination on Emergency SystemsSupport Services to North America plantsHealth and Safety Management SystemsCustomer Experience People LeadershipQualifications: Post secondary education in industrial mechanical field Licensed Millwright or electrician Licensed HVAC, electrical, plumbing an asset 5 years (after receiving millwright or electrician license which is 5 years) in a manufacturing setting and demonstrated leading people Multi-cultural environment experience an asset SAP an asset Working with extruders and mills an asset Must be able to work 8 am - 4:30 pm, Mondays through FridaysMust be able to be flexible with schedule depending on team and organizational needs and off shifts
