Product Owner, Operations & Controls Platform

Position Overview
This is a full-time role with Turing, with the selected candidate placed directly onto the end-client's Management's Corporate Finance/Treasury organization — one of the largest alternative investment managers in the world. You'll be a full-time Turing employee working day-to-day to lead the roadmap for its Operations & Controls platform, partnering directly with Finance, Treasury, and Operations stakeholders to modernize back-office workflows — from reconciliation to operational controls to financial close.
The ideal candidate is a polished, executive-ready communicator with direct, hands-on Back Office/Treasury/Finance Ops experience who can translate complex operational requirements into a clear, well-prioritized product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for operational controls and back-office platform capabilities.
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, and Operations stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Drive improvements to cash/position reconciliation, controller workflows, and financial close processes.
- Translate business needs into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Act as a trusted, executive-facing partner to senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain documentation of platform requirements, workflows, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst within Financial Services.
- Direct experience in Back Office Operations, Controllers, Finance Operations, Treasury, or Investment Operations.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cash/position reconciliation
- Operational controls
- Controller workflows
- Financial close
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Geneva, Arcesium, Investran, or Kyriba.
- Experience partnering with senior finance/treasury leadership in a high-visibility capacity.
