Overview
Tiger Advisory, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in Data, Compliance, Security, and Transformation, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of administrative or executive support experience, looking to grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
As a key member of the team, you’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, support special projects, and help keep the office running efficiently. You’ll be onsite 3 days per week in our Parsippany, NJ office, with the opportunity to become a long-term member of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars for the Managing Partner, including scheduling meetings and handling logistics.
- Organize and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and meeting requests to ensure timely follow-up.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and prepare summaries as needed.
Office Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite office needs (supplies, mail, vendor coordination, etc.).
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.
- Support onboarding and logistics for visitors and new hires.
Project & Meeting Coordination
- Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and assist with light project coordination activities.
- Provide support for company events and team activities.
Travel & Expense Management
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and project teams.
- Assist with expense reports and reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
