We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team!

What You’ll Do
As an RN, you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate, resident-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Follow facility policies and applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
What We’re Looking For

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
