What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):
- Provide top-notch nursing care to our residents with compassion and respect
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Be a friendly face, a listening ear, and a trusted caregiver
What We’re Looking For:
- Current LPN license (required)
- A heart for geriatrics and long-term care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle a dynamic environment
