Role Description
This is a fulltime, on-site role located in Milwaukee, WI, for an Outside Sales Specialist. Key responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' MRO product needs. The Specialist will also implement and manage VMI systems, conduct training sessions, and ensure customers optimize their inventory. Daily tasks will involve field visits to customer locations, identifying opportunities to expand sales, and maintaining a consistent presence as a trusted partner.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in Field Service operations, including visiting client sites and managing on-site needs
- Ability to deliver effective Training and support for implementing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems
- Self motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in MRO or industrial sales is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
