Position: Pizza Maker (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking pizza maker who takes pride in every pizza they create and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Hand-stretch and prepare New York-style artisan pizzas with consistency and precision.
- Manage dough through every stage, including scaling, balling, proofing, and proper handling.
- Top and bake pizzas to our quality standards using deck ovens.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain organized prep stations.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and catering service.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- Previous pizza-making experience is preferred (New York-style experience is a plus).
- Ability to hand-stretch dough and work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Passion for artisan pizza and a willingness to learn and grow.
