Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing
We’re hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing team and support the Director of Nursing in ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily nursing operations
Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence
Train and support nursing staff
Participate in audits, surveys, and QA programs
Collaborate across departments to meet resident needs
Requirements:
Active RN license (FL)
Nursing home leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, etc.)
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
EMR experience and strong communication skills
