About the Role
These are hands-on, on-site leadership roles responsible for managing teams across various supply chain functions including inventory control, shipping, receiving, distribution, and procurement. You'll be tracking metrics and KPIs, managing employee performance, and making sure the right people are in the right places. This is a tactical leadership role, meaning you'll be present, engaged, and operationally focused every single day. Depending on your background, you'll be placed into the functional area where you can make the most immediate impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of supply chain associates
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs, metrics, and operational performance
- Managing day-to-day operations across your assigned supply chain function
- Holding your team accountable and putting the right people in the right seats
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and customer contacts as needed
- Driving continuous improvement in a high-volume, high-velocity environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong people leadership skills — this is the number one priority
- A solid supply chain background, whether in inventory, shipping, receiving, distribution, or procurement
- Experience in a high-volume, high-velocity, or serialized inventory environment
- Someone who communicates well and can hold their own in a customer-facing situation when needed
- A tactical mindset with the ability to stay focused, organized, and present on the floor
- Reverse logistics or mobile device experience is a plus, but not required if your leadership fundamentals are strong
