Process Improvement Consultant
Hybrid | Greater Milwaukee (3 days onsite)
Contract through June 2026
$49/hr. W2 medical benefits
Description: Process Improvement Consultant to help drive enterprise-level operational excellence. This role is ideal for a Lean/Six Sigma professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning process improvements end-to-end, not just making recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and redesign business and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
- Document processes using standard business process mapping methodologies
- Independently implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Build and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, monitoring, controls)
- Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to align processes with strategic goals
- Promote best practices and support adoption across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, or project management
- Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt a plus)
- Strong background in business process analysis and design
- Proven experience leading change across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
- KPI and performance measurement frameworks
- OKRs
- Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Enterprise process architecture experience
