The Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands‑on, player‑coach responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across multiple sites and job families. This role partners closely with operations and business leaders to deliver high‑volume hiring while continuously improving recruiting strategy, processes, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles across multiple locations
- Recruit for field operations, property services, facilities, maintenance, construction, logistics, and corporate support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and labor market challenges
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using really, LinkedIn, referrals, and local market outreach
- Manage high‑volume requisitions while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring quality
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection recommendations
- Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent hiring practices
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Multi‑site recruiting experience supporting geographically distributed teams
- Proven success recruiting in high‑volume, labor‑intensive environments
- Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards (really experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting in property services, facilities, construction, logistics, or other labor‑intensive industries
- Recruiting for hourly, frontline, and operational leadership roles
- Supporting growing or scaling organizations
