We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for greeting customers in our shop, providing quotes, scheduling jobs, ordering parts, coordinating with technicians, filing insurance claims, and communicating with customers throughout the process. This is a fast paced environment, attention to detail is extremely important.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule jobs
- Provide information about the products and services
- File insurance claims and order parts
- Document and update customers with job status/scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, automotive experience is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail is a MUST
