What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Project Coordinator position at Tier 1 Consulting, Inc.?
The Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized, award-winning architecture and design firm. They are seeking a dynamic, multi-hat Marketing Project Coordinator to serve as the creative and organizational engine behind their business development pursuits.
This is not a rote administrative role. The ideal candidate is a "Swiss Army Knife" who can seamlessly transition from breaking down complex project syllabuses into polished digital proposals, to designing branded social media content, to managing conference logistics. If it has the firm's logo on it, you will have a hand in creating it.
What You Will Do
- Proposal & Pursuit Management: Serve as the quarterback for the proposal process. You will review RFPs/RFQs, extract key requirements, gather content from technical teams, and design/assemble highly polished, compliant digital and print proposals.
- Content & Brand Creation: Act as the brand guardian. You will design brochures, project profiles, and marketing collateral in InDesign and Canva, ensuring each piece reflects the firm's premium aesthetic.
- Digital & Social Media: Lead the ideation and execution of the firm's social media strategy and email campaigns, capturing the culture and work of the firm through photos, stories, and employee spotlights.
- Event & Conference Logistics: Manage the firm's conference calendar, coordinate travel, design booth graphics/leave-behinds, and organize client hospitality events.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience. Background in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a massive advantage.
- Technical Chops: Non-negotiable fluency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and social media platforms. Experience with CRM systems (Deltek preferred) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp).
- The "Journalist" Mindset: You possess rigorous organizational skills, an eagle eye for quality control, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Logistical Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work late to hit critical proposal deadlines (with balanced time off) and the ability to drive within a 30-mile radius of the Smyrna/Marietta office for proposal deliveries.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
