Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-day weekends)
Compensation: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Tier 1 Consulting is partnering with a privately held, well-established manufacturing and distribution organization in the Greater Atlanta area to identify a Cycle Counter / Inventory Control Specialist.

This is a critical role focused on inventory accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and system integrity within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Perform daily cycle counts across assigned inventory locations with a high degree of accuracy
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and misplacements
• Reconcile physical counts with system data and ensure accurate inventory records
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) and scanning technology to track inventory movement
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to maintain organized and accurate inventory locations
• Support receiving and stocking processes to ensure proper inventory flow and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of dedicated cycle counting or inventory control experience
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, or RF/Zebra scanners
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms
• Exposure to high-SKU or high-volume inventory environments
• Familiarity with warehouse best practices and inventory processes
