Our VIP Client is seeking a polished, reliable, and service-oriented Law Office Receptionist to serve as the front-facing professional for a busy legal office. This role is critical to the firm's daily success and is best suited to someone who takes pride in professionalism, organization, and delivering an exceptional first impression.
You will be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. This is not a passive front desk role. It requires attentiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a steady flow of activity with confidence and grace.
This is a fully on-site role in downtown Lawrenceville, GA.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
- Answer phones promptly and professionally, ensuring calls are routed accurately and efficiently
- Greet clients and guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and shared office spaces
- Receive and log deliveries and ensure proper routing of documents and materials
- Support administrative needs including intake form handling and internal coordination
- Assist with light office logistics such as meeting preparation and in office events
- Monitor voicemails and ensure timely follow up and message delivery
- Represent the office with cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and sound judgment
What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative professional in a law firm or professional office strongly preferred
- Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking, are highly encouraged to apply
