A growing, multi-office professional services firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven attorney who values both technical excellence and compassionate client service.

The ideal candidate is confident managing estate planning matters from consultation through execution, comfortable advising clients during emotionally sensitive situations, and interested in building long-term client relationships within a collaborative environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families on matters that require professionalism, trust, emotional intelligence, and strategic legal guidance.


What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals
  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution
  • Guide clients through probate filings, court procedures, and asset distribution matters
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients regarding legal strategy, timelines, and expectations
  • Collaborate with legal support staff and attorneys to ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client service
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and manage deadlines effectively
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, referral sources, and professional partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of estate planning and/or probate experience preferred
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional presence with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience working within a client-centered, relationship-driven environment preferred
  • Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
