What You’ll Do

- Convert inquiries into scheduled strategy sessions
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the decision process
- Accurately document all interactions within CRM systems
- Operate within a metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations
What Success Looks Like
- Schedule 8 qualified strategy sessions per week
- Convert 3 new clients per week
- Maintain strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- Balance performance goals with a high-quality client experience
