About the Role:
Tiello is partnered with a leading commercial roofing contractor in the Carolinas, actively seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive new business in both reroofing and service work. This is a client-facing, business development role focused on owning your market, growing your pipeline, and closing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing clients
- Focus on both reroof and service sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through proposal and close
- Collaborate with internal project and estimating teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales (re-roofing preferred)
- Ability to self-generate leads and manage a full sales pipeline
- History of $3M–$10M in annual sales performance
- Existing relationships in the GC or commercial property space a strong plus
- Local market knowledge in Charleston or Charlotte preferred, but relocation will be considered for top candidates
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission structure (2% of sales in the Carolinas)
