Experienced Cleaner – Residential & Short-Term Rentals (Independent Contractor)

We're partnering with dependable, detail-oriented independent contractor cleaners to support our growing residential and short-term rental team. If you take real pride in your work and want consistent weekly jobs, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do:
- Residential cleaning – dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, making beds, and following detailed checklists for consistent quality
- Short-term rental turnovers – laundry, changing linens, staging spaces to hotel-level standards, restocking essentials, and reporting any damages promptly
- Communicate professionally with the team and clients, and keep supplies organized
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential or STR preferred)
- Able to communicate in English – interviews and all team communication are in English
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently from a checklist
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- Must carry liability insurance
