We are seeking a full time Pulmonologist to join our team.
TPMG Lung and Sleep Specialists Newport News is currently seeking a full-time Pulmonologist to join the team. The Pulmonologist will diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including chronic lung diseases, sleep disorders, and acute respiratory illnesses. This role offers the opportunity to work with access to modern diagnostic tools and a strong referral network. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with pulmonary and respiratory conditions
- Perform and interpret pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and other procedures as needed
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure coordinated care
- Provide patient education on disease management and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in on-call rotation as required

Qualifications:Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary Medicine
- Valid VA medical license (or eligible)
- Completion of ACGME certified residency
