Position: Construction Project Superintendent – Full Time

They take full ownership of the jobsite, leading teams, aligning trades, and ensuring every phase of the project is delivered with precision and intent. This role requires a leader who can see the big picture while managing the details, someone who sets the tone in the field, builds trust with trade partners, and holds the line on schedule, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the project schedule, including planning, sequencing, and measuring trade performance
- Lead daily field operations with a focus on accountability, coordination, and execution
- Champion site safety through proactive planning, enforcement, and culture-building
- Oversee quality control and ensure work is installed as intended
- Facilitate constructability reviews and identify risks early
- Lead trade partner coordination and maintain strong working relationships
- Manage procurement coordination and long-lead tracking
- Conduct pre-task planning and daily huddles to align teams
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
- Oversee site logistics, inspections, and material verification
- Ensure complete and accurate as-built documentation

- Communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders, from trades to ownership
