Tidelands Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest level of patient-centered care. What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a clinical team of 35 Clinical Staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care.
- Oversee staffing, training, performance evaluations, and day-to-day clinical operations.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with physicians, community partners, and the hospice leadership team.
- Provide occasional on-call after hours and weekend patient care
- Provide weekend support as part of leadership backup rotation.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Current SC RN license
- 2 years hospice, home health, or palliative care experience
- 2 years management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, empathy, and leadership skills
- Belief in the hospice mission and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to support on-call after hours and weekend patient and leadership needs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- BSN
- 5 years hospice experience

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
