The ideal candidate for Tide Cleaners is a dedicated and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with computer experience, and have a passion for eco-friendly and sustainable practices. They quickly absorb new information and bring a detail-oriented, organized approach to their work. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the dry cleaning industry, is a plus. This candidate is a hands-on leader who is a team player, innovative and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. They maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, have the physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects when needed, and are enthusiastic about learning the nuances of dry cleaning and garment care. Most importantly, they commit to long-term employment, provide outstanding customer service, and keep a positive attitude.
Store Hours:
M-F - 8:00pm to 5pm
Sat. - 9am to 1pm
Currently hiring for Part-time position with flexible daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, via email, and through texting, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable.
- Be a Green Advocate: Educate and excite customers about our eco-friendly dry-cleaning practices and services, making a difference one garment at a time.
- Manage Orders with Precision: Oversee customer orders from start to finish, including garment inspection, tagging, invoicing, and quality assurance, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
- Assist with Pick-Up & Delivery: Provide seamless garment pick-up and drop-off services, making the process easy and convenient for our customers.
- Solve Problems with Care: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Keep Our Space Pristine: Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace by taking care of tasks like dusting, sweeping, and emptying garbage.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
