- Assist in handling payments and providing accurate receipts to customers
- Ensure all orders are processed according to Tide Cleaners’ standards and timelines
- Address any customer concerns or escalate issues to the manager as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties for the shift as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn our point-of-sale system
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work occasional additional shifts (Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays) as needed
