Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager who understands what it takes to operate at a high level in the creator economy. This is not a 9-5 role. This is a high-ownership, always-on position where speed, responsiveness, and relationships drive outcomes. You will be managing creators in real time, navigating inbound opportunities, brand conversations, and campaign execution with urgency and precision.
You should be someone who is:
- A natural relationship builder with both creators and brands
- A hustler who is constantly pushing deals forward and creating opportunities
- Comfortable being on-call and responsive at all times when needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented when it comes to campaign execution and deliverables
This role requires someone who can balance relationships and revenue, building trust with creators while consistently driving and executing brand deals at a high level.
Core Responsibilities
Creator Management & Relationships
- Manage a roster of creators, acting as their primary point of contact
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and their families
- Provide guidance on content, brand alignment, and growth opportunities
- Ensure creators are consistently posting, improving, and aligned with revenue goals
Revenue Ownership & Deal Flow
- Own and be accountable for revenue across your roster
- Source, negotiate, and close brand deals directly with agencies and brands
- Maximize deal value through strong negotiation, packaging, and positioning
- Consistently push deals forward and avoid stagnation in pipeline
Pipeline & Outreach
- Maintain a constant pipeline of outbound brand and agency outreach
- Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and move with urgency
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers
- Track all conversations, follow-ups, and deal stages with precision
Campaign Execution
- Own execution of all campaigns from deal close through completion
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and revisions
- Ensure all content meets brand expectations and goes live on schedule
- Problem-solve in real time to avoid delays, issues, or missed deliverables
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales, or account management
- Proven ability to drive revenue and close deals consistently
- Strong relationship builder with both creators and brand partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail under pressure
- Able to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and conversations at once
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High sense of ownership, does not wait to be told what to do
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
