LOCATION: Remote, US (travel expected)
SALARY RANGE: $70,000-$85,000/depending on experience and qualifications

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agricultural Recruiter will be a part of the People and Talent team and will focus efforts on the Tidal Grow AgriScience team by owning recruitment initiatives and sourcing high caliber talent to grow our mission. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and identify unique ways to source talent. The Agricultural Recruiter should have knowledge of agricultural practices, seasonal variations in work, and understand key market strategies for Tidal Vision’s products. The successful candidate will communicate proficiently and provide outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers. This role is expected to travel to trade shows, and travel to the headquarters in Bellingham as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operate within our mission driven culture
- Conduct intake calls with hiring managers and business leaders to create requisitions
- Post requisitions, and manage flow of applications
- Source candidates for hard to fill positions
- Schedule HR screens, technical interviews, and panel interviews
- Maintain highly organized process for hiring to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Understand key technical requirements for candidate success in various groups within Tidal Grow AgriScience (sales, commercial ag, R&D, etc)
- Attend marketing and sales meetings to keep up to date on products and communications
- Travel to trade shows and to various sites as needed (up to 25%)
- Support with branding for job postings, job pages, and Tidal Grow Agriculture's professional networking pages
- When requisition load is low, support on various HR projects, training development, compliance, additional recruitment support etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience recruiting in the agricultural industry with sourcing experience
- 3 years of experience using an applicate tracking system
- Demonstrated ability maintain confidentiality
- Must be organized and able to handle multiple requisitions, candidates, and scheduling requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with Bamboo HR
- Experience in water treatment, or science based recruitment
Licensing & Special Requirements
- Incumbent is subject to a criminal background check
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Most of the work is performed in an office environment. Sitting or standing for long periods may be required. Travel to trade shows is required for networking and brand support. Travel to various sites as needed.
