About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Operations Manager to support our product and engineering teams by owning day-to-day execution, coordination, and delivery of product work. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career, or transitioning into product from Customer Success or Support, who enjoys connecting the dots between customer needs, product development, and internal teams.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Product, who owns overall product strategy, and with Engineering to help ensure day-to-day execution runs smoothly. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on track, maintaining clear communication across teams, and helping turn ideas into shipped features.

What You’ll Do

●     Support day-to-day product operations by helping manage the development backlog and keeping tickets organized, updated, and properly categorized

●     Assist with prioritizing work and assigning tasks in collaboration with the VP of Product and engineering team

●     Monitor active development work and GitLab activity to ensure momentum and surface blockers early

●     Develop deep knowledge of the platform’s features, capabilities, and limitations in order to confidently answer internal and customer-facing questions about how the product works

●     Review QA feedback and help validate fixes for bugs and minor features

●     Help determine when features are ready for release and assist with release coordination

●     Draft and publish product release notes

●     Review and triage incoming product feedback from customer support channels and shared inboxes

●     Help maintain a clean and organized backlog of customer requests and internal improvements

●     Assist with testing new features, integrations, and updates

●     Support reporting needs, including validating data or rerunning reports when issues occur

●     Help manage product-related documentation, including API documentation and internal process docs

●     Assist with light technical tasks such as testing APIs, generating API keys, or supporting integrations with third-party tools

●     Communicate with internal teams when customer-reported issues are resolved

Who You Are

●     1–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, customer success, project coordination, or a related role

●     Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams

●     Highly organized with strong attention to detail

●     Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently

●     Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how products are built and shipped

●     Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift

●     Experience working in B2B SaaS or platform-based products preferred

Nice to Have

●     Familiarity with ticketing systems, issue trackers, or product management tools

●     Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or technical workflows

●     Experience supporting customers or internal teams in a technical context

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the VP of Product, who will own overall product strategy and roadmap direction. The Product Operations Coordinator will support execution, communication, and operational follow-through across the product lifecycle.
