About the RolePlumb is seeking an Product Operations Specialist/Manager Financial Systems who can turn newly released software features into real, measurable value for clients and internal teams. You won’t be writing code—you’ll be the person who ensures that what Engineering builds is successfully adopted, understood, and used across our accounting and reporting operations.If you love creating structure, driving adoption, simplifying processes, and guiding people through change, this role sits at the heart of how Plumb evolves.What You’ll DoFeature Rollout & Change ManagementCoordinate the post-release lifecycle of new product features across internal teams and clientsOrganize training schedules, audiences, materials, and follow-throughProvide leadership with clear recommendations on readiness, cutovers, and rollbacksStand up practical interim workflows when automation is still maturingContinuously simplify operations as automation expandsAdoption, Tracking & InsightsDefine what “good adoption” looks like for each new capabilityMonitor usage and real-world outcomes across clients and internal teamsDeliver concise, decision-ready progress updates to the President and Executive Management TeamPartner with Product/Development to ensure we’re measuring the right indicatorsCross-Functional LeadershipAct as the connective tissue between Engineering, Operations, and Client TeamsTranslate feedback into focused action items and keep moving parts alignedBring clarity, calm, and accountability to complex change initiativesCurrent Initiatives You’ll SupportReporting Module: Prioritize clients, coordinate onboarding, map Chart of Accounts, and maintain mappings as automation scalesFinancial Accounts Integrations: Guide account connections, maintain supported-institution visibility, and fold steps into onboardingPayment Automation: Manage structured rollout, training, sequencing, and migration from manual tasks to automated processesWhat You BringStrong accounting and reporting experience (family office or UHNW bill pay a plus)A genuine passion for process clarity, adoption, and operational excellenceStrong judgment on priorities and trade-offs—you make complex things manageableComfortable partnering with product and engineering; software-savvy mindsetBachelor’s Degree required2 years of accounting or operations experienceAbility to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environmentProactive, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping teams succeedWhy Join Plumb?You’ll step into a high-impact role with visibility across the entire organization.
