Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm....occasional Saturdays and afternoon happy hour.

Job Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Dish washing.
- Receive and put away orders with proper rotation and storage.
- Prep items and maintain a salad bar station.
- Prep items for meals for breakfast and lunch. Prepping for a variety of entrees, side dishes, salads, soups, and desserts.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary area.
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment and cooking tools, such as deli slicer, food processor and more, as well as reporting to management any safety hazards or damaged equipment.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Trash removal.
- To support team with any other related tasks.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including dish machine, knife skills, Sanitation knowledge.
- 2 years of experience in food services.
- Corporate cafeteria and banquet experience a plus.
- Serve safe certificate a plus.
- Full time professional prep cook and dishwasher.
- Sanitation Certificate
