Facilities Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Locksets
  
  

Install and repair locksets and door hardware. Cut new keys (training provided).

• Acoustic Ceilings
  
  

Install, repair, and replace acoustic ceiling tiles and grid systems, ensuring proper alignment, and a clean, finished appearance.

• Sheetrock
  
  

Perform drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and patching to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing, while maintaining structural integrity and smooth, uniform surfaces.

• Furniture Assembly
  
  

Assemble, install, and reconfigure office furniture systems according to layout plans, ensuring stability, proper fit, and safe use of all components.

• Flooring
  
  

Minor install, repair, and maintenance with various flooring types

• General Building Maintenance
  
  

Replacing bulbs or tubes, install or replace outlet covers and switch plates, etc.

Required Skills And Experience

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Proficient with hand tools
• Attention to detail

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
