Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Provide exceptional guest relations by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and accommodating special requests
• Support the team during busy hours by assisting with food preparation, beverage service, and general restaurant operations

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest rapport
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently

Pay: $7.75 - $25.00 per hour
