The Construction Asset Specialist III will oversee bank-owned residential properties throughout the United States by managing quality control, coordinating, and working with our extensive network of contractors. The Construction Specialist will communicate regularly with REO Agents, Inspection companies, Contractors, and Asset managers to manage the renovation of a portfolio of REO assets from start to finish. The Construction Specialist will also communicate and respond to both internal and external client inquiries promptly and accurately. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure a high level of execution in meeting the requirements and strict procedures associated with Client Service Level Agreements. (SLAs) and Timelines.
What you will do for Constructive Renovations:
- Monitor renovation repairs to ensure turn times are met or exceeded per company policy
- Update the software system with the latest communication
- Source and facilitate quality control inspections per company policy
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and outside vendors by practicing self-direction, tact, and diplomacy in a clear, courteous, and professional manner
- Coordinate all required actions, inside and outside of the department, in order to meet previously set goals
- Track essential department and team objectives on a daily basis
- Train new Specialist as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to Constructive Renovations:
- High school diploma; GED required
- 5 years of relevant experience in remodeling, REO management, or construction management
- Goal-orientated and resourceful
- Effective follow-up skills
- Effective/persuasive communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail; organized
- Team player, Customer service oriented

Salary : $62,000 - $78,500
