Key responsibilities include onboarding new ISOs, ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any questions or concerns from partnered organizations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Relationship Management and communication
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational data keeping
- At least 1 year of previous MCA rep experience
- Ability to assess financials and correspond emails between multiple party's
