Experienced representatives will have the opportunity to develop their own teams, mentor newer ISO representatives, and help expand our sales organization. Job Description

The ISO Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with independent sales organizations (ISOs), brokers, and qualified referral partners, and generating merchant cash advance submissions that lead to funded deals.

This role offers flexibility based on experience and ability.

Experienced representatives will focus on expanding their partner networks, increasing deal flow, developing new referral channels, and potentially recruiting, training, and mentoring their own teams.

Newer representatives will receive guidance in understanding the MCA industry, identifying prospective partners, prospecting for business, qualifying opportunities, navigating the submission process, and building the relationships necessary for long-term success.

All representatives will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while developing their own professional network and production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Prospecting

• Identify and develop relationships with ISOs, MCA brokers, and qualified business referral partners.
• Generate new merchant cash advance opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Develop referral relationships with professionals who serve established businesses, including accountants, business consultants, commercial insurance professionals, and other relevant business contacts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and merchant funding opportunities.
• Explore creative ways to generate new business and expand referral networks throughout Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area.

ISO Relationship Management

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective ISO partners.

• Communicate funding criteria, submission requirements, underwriting guidelines, and deal status clearly and professionally.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with partners to encourage repeat submissions and long-term business relationships.

• Coordinate with underwriting and funding teams to move qualified submissions through the approval and funding process.

• Deliver responsive, dependable service that helps establish the company as a preferred funding partner.

Experienced ISO Representatives — Team Building and Leadership

Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities as the business grows, including:

• Develop and expand an individual book of business and network of productive ISO partners.

• Recruit and develop newer ISO representatives and help them learn the industry.

• Mentor team members on prospecting, relationship management, deal submissions, and effective follow-up.

• Share proven sales strategies, industry knowledge, and best practices.

• Help establish team goals, monitor activity, and encourage consistent production.

• Contribute ideas and strategies to expand the company's reach and overall sales organization.

Leadership opportunities will depend on experience, performance, and business needs.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
