Job Title: 2nd Shift Grinder Associate
Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM- 10:30 P.M.

You’ll cut, trim, and grind fiberglass parts into the structural components that hold our boats together. It’s hands-on, high-impact work, where every cut counts and every edge matters.

What You’ll Do:
- Trim and grind fiberglass components to specified shapes and tolerances using air tools, saws, and grinders
- Smooth edges, remove excess material, and prep surfaces for assembly or finish
- Maintain accuracy by following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
- Inspect finished parts for quality, completeness, and fit
- Keep tools in good condition and maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Handle materials with care and attention to both safety and quality

What It Takes:
- Comfort working with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials (PPE provided)
- Physical ability to lift, bend, grind, and work in dusty or warm conditions
- Experience using grinders, trimmers, or other cutting tools preferred
- Detail-oriented mindset — every edge, seam, and trim line matters
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production goals
- Previous experience in composites, construction, or automotive work is helpful but not required
